15-year-old boy charged with murder in February shooting that killed 18-year-old woman, left 4 others injured

A 15-year-old boy was charged Wednesday in connection with a February shooting in Avalon Park that left an 18-year-old woman dead and four others seriously injured, Chicago police said.
